Our class offerings follow the joint guidelines of the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) for
pre- and postnatal exercise and are taught by certified professionals. While our fitness programs are designed to target the unique problem areas of new moms,
ANY mom who wants to stay fit, active and look great (while having fun with their child) will benefit. We offer high-quality instruction in a small group format. This
maximizes personal attention while creating an interactive, fun and supportive workout environment for our moms and their children. Space is very limited to
ensure individualized attention. The degree to which children are incorporated into each class will vary with each fitness discipline.

RESHAPE WITH BABY
Geared more toward the needs of newer moms, this class focuses on easing
back into a regular fitness routine. Throughout the six week class, we’ll
focus on major muscle groups for moms including the lower back,
stabilizing the core and increasing upper body strength, gradually
increasing exercise repetition, frequency and intensity.
Recommended child’s age: 6 weeks to early crawlers

MOM & TOT "HAPPY HOUR"
There’s nothing like some crazy good fun with your little one – especially
during the “witching hour” of the late afternoon. During this 45-minute
class, we work through a variety of circuit modules (upper body shapers,
lower body slimmers, core toners and even an aerobics cardio set) for a
true total body workout. Toddler tunes and special activities are built-in to
encourage the kiddos to get moving and burn off some steam too and they
even help us shape and tone by occasionally acting as our weights…now
that’s some heavy lifting!
Recommended child’s age: “toddlers” and walkers

MORNING POWER UP
Looking for a high-energy pick-me-up that packs a powerful punch to your
figure? Hoping to find a fun indoor activity for your child(ren) until the
weather warms up? Morning Power Up is the answer for you both! Lose
weight, tone and reshape while having fun with your little one in this
dynamic class of aerobic conditioning and strength training for your entire
body. Not your ordinary mom and tot fitness class, this program
accommodates moms with one or two children, from crawlers to toddlers
and up. Children can participate by imitating our movement or play
independently within an eye-shot of mom inside Pump It Up’s indoor arena
of toddler-sized inflatables. 30-minutes of additional play time is included
in your class price to ensure your child gets in his or her share of jumping
and bouncing!
Recommended child's age: Crawlers to 5 years old

EARLY RISERS WEEKEND
Kick-start your weekend with a Saturday morning routine designed to
re-energize and re-shape. Not your ordinary mom and tot class, this
program accomodates moms with one or two children, from newborn to
preschoolers. Set in the exciting and visually stimulating environment of
Family Grounds Cafe, children can play within arm's reach - allowing mom
to get in a great, dedicated workout. Perfect for working mamas or anyone
interested in sneaking fitness into their weekly schedule.
Recommended child's age: 6 weeks to preschool

Our personalized in-home sessions are just the thing to meet
your individualized needs and your schedule. Whether it’s
naptime or nighttime, you select the time, date and frequency
for these one-on-one sessions with a certified fitness
professional. Have a friend with similar goals and schedule?
You both can save by signing up for partner sessions!

We offer sessions as low as $20 each.

WALK IT OFF WORKOUTS
Make the most of another Chicago summer with our outdoor fitness classes.
At the helm of your stroller, the foundation of this workout is high-intensity
power walking with stops throughout the neighborhood to interact with your
child during intervals of lower-body toning. Add in resistance training for
the upper body and a killer core circuit back at the park and you've
accomplished a true, total body workout...with your baby or toddler in
tow...in 60 minutes! And all the while enjoying the good company and great
conversation of other moms just like you.
Simple and flexible...
Our robust schedule offers classes six days/week at a variety of times to meet
the needs of stay-at-home, part-time and working moms. Simply register
based on how often you plan to attend. During registration, you'll be asked to
select the day(s) you plan to join us. Have a conflict one week? No worries! Just
make arrangements with us to come another day that week instead. The more
often you participate, the more money you save! Select once weekly,
twice/week or join us for unlimited classes within the six week series.
